Privacy Policy

Short version
The extension does almost nothing online. Your cards, your decisions, and your game activity never leave your browser. The only data that touches the network is the license key you paste in after subscribing — it gets sent to LemonSqueezy (our payments processor) so we know you've paid.
1. What we collect
The extension stores the following in your browser's local storage (never on our servers):
- License key — the string you paste in after subscribing.
- Install ID — a randomly generated UUID created the first time you launch the extension. We use this as the LemonSqueezy "instance name" so we can enforce the 2-device-per-license limit without making you create an account.
- Last validation timestamp — when we last successfully reached the LemonSqueezy API. Lets the extension keep working offline for up to 7 days.
- Last validation status — whether the most recent check said you were active, expired, etc.
That's it. We do not collect:
- Your cards, hands played, or anything about your gameplay.
- Your name, email, billing address, or payment info (LemonSqueezy holds those — see below).
- Analytics, page views, click streams, or any kind of telemetry.
- Your IP address (we never see it; LemonSqueezy does, briefly, during license checks).
2. What is sent over the network
Exactly one kind of network call: license validation against the LemonSqueezy API.
- Endpoint:
https://api.lemonsqueezy.com/v1/licenses/activate(once, when you activate) andhttps://api.lemonsqueezy.com/v1/licenses/validate(at most once every 12 hours after that). - What is sent: your license key and your install ID UUID.
- What is received: whether the license is active, when it expires.
The equity calculation itself runs entirely in your browser. No cards, no board state, no game data is ever transmitted.
3. Third parties
One third party is involved: LemonSqueezy (a service of Squeezy Capital, Inc.), our Merchant of Record. They handle:
- Card processing and subscription billing
- Sales tax / VAT compliance
- License key issuance
- The customer portal where you manage or cancel your subscription
LemonSqueezy's privacy policy is at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. They process your email, card details, billing address, and IP address as part of providing payment services.
If we ever set up a Cloudflare Worker webhook to record subscription events for analytics, those events come from LemonSqueezy and contain your email + subscription status. No card data ever reaches our infrastructure.
4. Cookies
The extension uses no cookies. The landing page uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels.
5. Data retention
All extension-side data lives in your browser's local storage. It persists until you uninstall the extension or clear the extension's storage manually.
Subscription records are retained by LemonSqueezy per their own retention policy.
6. Your rights
Because we hold almost no data about you on our side:
- To delete extension data: uninstall the extension, or open
chrome://extensions/about:addonsand clear the extension's storage. - To cancel your subscription and delete billing data: use the LemonSqueezy customer portal (link in your receipt email), or email us and we'll do it for you.

7. Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
