1. Acceptance

By installing or using the PokerNow Equity Helper browser extension (the "Extension") or this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or the Site.

2. What you're buying

A license to use the Extension on up to 2 devices simultaneously, for as long as your subscription is active. The license is non-transferable. You may cancel any time.

3. Free trial and billing

The 7-day free trial is card-up-front. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
After the trial, your card is charged €4.99 (EUR) per month. The subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
Billing, taxes, and card processing are handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the LemonSqueezy customer portal (link in your receipt email).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds for partial months.

4. Refund policy

If you've been charged and are not happy with the Extension, email reverse.marco@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Not affiliated with PokerNow

The Extension is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to PokerNow.com, PokerNow.club, or their operators. "PokerNow" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here nominatively to describe the site the Extension works with.

6. Your responsibility re: third-party sites

You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party website you use the Extension on (including pokernow.com / pokernow.club). The Extension is a passive overlay that reads data already displayed on your screen — but use of third-party tools, overlays, or assistance software may violate that site's terms. We don't represent that use of the Extension is permitted by PokerNow's terms; that is for you to verify and accept the risk of.

7. What the Extension does (and doesn't do)

The Extension computes statistical estimates of equity, hand rank, and draw probabilities using Monte Carlo simulation. Results are approximations, not guarantees.
The Extension does not play poker for you, click buttons on your behalf, take actions automatically, or interact with the PokerNow server in any way beyond what your browser already does on its own.
You remain responsible for every decision you make at the table.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Extension to extract or share license keys; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension; use the Extension on more than 2 simultaneous devices per license; or attempt to circumvent the license validation.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE EXTENSION AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of PokerNow.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE EXTENSION OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) LOST POKER WINNINGS, LOST POTENTIAL EARNINGS, OR ANY ACCOUNT ACTION TAKEN BY POKERNOW AGAINST YOU FOR USE OF THIS OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY TOOL.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms (especially Section 8). You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Extension.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION}} without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be resolved in the courts located in {{GOVERNING_LAW_VENUE}}.
